1/2 hour of free-play (downstairs outside, weather permitting) followed by 1/2 hour of structured circle time upstairs with stories and songs. Nutritious snack provided (due to allergies and sensitivities, please do not bring food to pre-school hour or for sharing. You and your child are welcome to bring your own garbage-less lunch to the activity room to enjoy after the program ends.)

An Arts and Crafts program for ages 8 to Teen. Drawing, painting and crafts in all media. Free to attend but must PRE-REGISTER 705-765-5650

lego Club

Thursdays 4:00 to 5:00 Port Carling

October 17 to December 12 (excluding October 31), January 9 to March 13

PRE-REGISTER your school-age children (and yourself!) for a free evening of family LEGO construction. A build theme will be presented most nights and all will be asked to construct for 45 minutes. Following the build portion, children will be given a few moments to record what they built before sharing with other builders what they have constructed. After clean-up, pizza and raw veggies will be available. Please bring your own water bottle. As there are allergies to consider, please DO NOT bring other food into the library for this event. Children must be accompanied by an adult. 705-765-5650


Come knit at the library in Port Carling at the fireplace lounge. Thursdays at 1 pm during non-summer months.

Lunch, Laugh, Learn

Third Wednesday of the month September 18 to May 20

Port Carling

Seniors 60+ are invited to meet once a month at the library in Port Carling to partake in one-hour learning experiences followed by lunch. Pre-registration is necessary. 705-765-5650 Most sessions are free of charge.
